Deposits: A $100 deposit is required to book all permanent makeup appointments. This deposit secures your slot and confirms your commitment to the treatment.
Changes or Cancellations:
We offer a full refund if notified 48+ hours before your appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% service fee charge.
Cancellations with Less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows result in a full service fee charge.

Prep for your appointment ensures the BEST RESULTS:
No caffeine morning of appointment.
No alcohol within 48 hours of appointment.
No active skincare ingredients one week prior to appointment.
No acetaminophen (Tylenol), ibuprofen (Advil), aspirin, or other pain medication within 24 hours of appointment.
No steam rooms, swimming, saunas, hot tubs, or heavy exercise for 7 days post-service.
Brows must stay dry for 24 hours after appointment, please plan accordingly.
